Elder Larry R. Best is the Founder and President of United Help Outreach Ministries, currently operating in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia). Elder Best works tirelessly with a vision to expand to other states, in his passion to help those less fortunate through love & compassion.
His personal story of overcoming a challenging past marked by homelessness, drug addiction, and years of criminal activity before turning his life over to Christianity. He is bold and dedicated to spreading the Good News of Hope in Jesus Christ.
